If you get this dialogue box, you don't have enough storage on your desktop for the system to temporarily store the files needed to extract your messages.

Heavy iPhone users (looking at you, Gen X) can need around 80GB to 200GB of storage.

The biggest we’ve ever come across is 459GB

1. Connect a hard drive to your desktop.
2. If you don’t have one, try amazon.com or your local tech shop. Once you have it,
3. Restart your computer
4. Connect hard drive and phone to your desktop
5. Run the Dispute Buddy app
