Can you please try
- Delete the Dispute Buddy app from your Downloads and Explorer folders
- Go to www.disputebuddy.co/downloading
- Download and launch the app (it's a new release, so make sure you select ‘yes’ to update the app)
- Check your iPhone for software update
- Restart your phone
- Launch app again
