Can you please try

  1. Delete the Dispute Buddy app from your Downloads and Explorer folders
  2. Go to www.disputebuddy.co/downloading
  3. Download and launch the app (it's a new release, so make sure you select ‘yes’ to update the app)
  4. Check your iPhone for software update
  5. Restart your phone
  6. Launch app again
