
If you get an error message saying ‘Connect and unlock your phone’ but you have already done that, try these steps to solve it:
For Mac
- Make sure your phone is unlocked
- Check you are using an Apple-certified cable - some cheap cords don’t support data transfer, only charging
- Try a different USB port
- Restart your Mac and iPhone
For Windows
- Make sure your phone is unlocked
- Check your phone is detected in iTunes
- If you downloaded iTunes after you downloaded the Dispute Buddy app, it’s likely the ‘drivers’ are downloading. This takes about 20 mins.
- Disconnect your phone and restart your computer
